Beacon Hill Academy does not store debit card numbers, ATM PINs, CVV numbers, internet banking passwords or other sensitive banking credentials.

Access to information is controlled according to each user's role.

Proprietor — Can access all school records and administrative functions.

Head Teacher — Can manage admissions, academic records, pupils, teachers, classes, payments and reports.

Class Teachers — Can only access pupils assigned to their classes.

Subject Teachers — Can only access subjects and classes assigned to them.

Parents — Can only access information relating to their own child or children.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

The Beacon Hill Academy School Management Portal is securely hosted using modern cloud infrastructure. Our services currently use:

• Supabase (Database and Secure File Storage)
• Vercel (Application Hosting)

These providers maintain industry-standard security measures to protect stored information.

Beacon Hill Academy retains personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary. Our current retention policy is:

• Applicants who are not admitted may have their admission records retained for up to 12 months, after which they may be securely deleted.
• Pupils who are admitted will have their academic and administrative records retained even after graduation or withdrawal, in accordance with educational, legal and administrative record-keeping requirements.
• Rather than deleting former pupils' records immediately, the school may archive them for future reference where necessary.
• Financial records will be retained in accordance with applicable Nigerian accounting and legal requirements.

As a parent or legal guardian, you have the right to:

• Request access to your child's personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Ask questions about how your child's information is used.
• Withdraw consent where applicable under the law.

Please note that some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.

By submitting an admission application, creating a parent account, or using the Beacon Hill Academy School Management Portal, you confirm that:
